Permanent Damage

Outside of the obvious stuff, like throwing you Axim in your swimming pool...is there anything you can do to permanently damage it. I talked to Dell and the agent told me there's nothing a hard reset won't fix. Does this include registry edits?

There was a guy who posted that he dropped his...cracked the lcd and something worse happened inside that a hard reset wouldn't fix....I have a feeling the Dell guy was overstating the invulnerability of the x50v just a bit.

A hard reset bring back the unit the same settings as it was when shipped to you. Any changes, deletion to the registry and OS files are erased. Hope this helps. For the physical damage you are on your own a hard reset won't fix that.
