HP Print Manager not working

Hi,

I just installed HP Print mgr ver. 4.00.01.0005 on my x50v a04 version. and i can't get the thing to print via ir to my hp 990 cse printer. i set it to share and was only able to print .txt documents. unable to print the test document or any word, excel or ie files. i even tried checking off the raw types and inserting the extensions to no avail. any suggestions as how i can make it work and what is the problem(s)?

I had a problem with hp printing wher I couldn't print to a IR HP6mp.

Found the solution on another forum.

if you have any battery monitoring bprogram, or custom today mod, turn it off ( only through today settings) and try again.

I found spbplus today screen was on wouldn't print, so turned it off, and then it worked.

so if I have something to print I have to turn off spbplus today screen, print, then turn it back on.
