seeking Advice from Axim 624 Users

I planning to get Axim x50v 624mhz,
I want suggestions/Advice from you Axim x50v Users.

I would like to know is there any problems facing by you while you play songs, watching movees, playing games etc.,

I play music while writing or playing games all the time and the performance is very good. No skipping. it just play. :approve:

sometimes i play movies i don't like... the writing and directing in some are awful.

Also i don't have as many CDs as i want.

no problems. music plays at a quality that rivals ipod, movies play beautifly, games are plentiful and the 624mhz cpu rocks them all.

the Wifi could be stronger, but i didnt expect perfection from a ppc wifi chipset.

Bluetooth works well, some people complain about it dropping out sometimes, but i've never had those problems with my BT keyboard.

reading ebooks works great, standard battery gets 4.5-5 hours, extended gets more than 8 hours.

Everything on mine plays perfectly -- in fact, much better than could be expected. Videos look incredibly crisp (much more so than my television), audio is simply incredible.

I convinced a friend of mine to ditch his MP3 player after I hooked my X50v to his car stereo. The overall richness of the sound just blew him away (he is currently awaiting for his X50v to arrive).

I read books on mine, I listen to music and audiobooks, I do an incredibly vast myrriad of things with my X50v, and I couldn't be happier.

I've said this many times here before, but had I known I would have enjoyed this little device this much, and use it for as many different purposes as I do -- I would have GLADLY and easily paid double for mine. It is worth it.

THe Unit is very stable, moreso than any unit i have had before. games are great, but you may consider one of the BT game pads coming out for some games. otherwise they all control very well. music is great if you have windows medio 10, saves the album art on your ppc for viewing when the song is playing. very cool. only porblem i am having is trying to sync with windows SP2, have not been able to wync over wifi since i installed the SP2. Enjoy it when you get it!

Right now, there seems to be very few VGA compatible skins for WMP, and the 320x240 ones do not work for VGA screens.

Why even concern yourself with WMP? Since PocketMusic and TCPMP, I haven't touched WMP.

I'm sure I can squeeze a few more acronyms up there.
