July 27th Orders

Hi Everybody,

I'm new to the site, and like most of you anxiously awaiting my Axim x50v. I ordered mine on the afternoon of July 27th. Anyone else in the same boat? If so, what is your order status? I'm still in production. I received a BT keyboard and they supposedly expedited my order when I e-mailed to complain. I've been reading the site since my order and I'm glad that I've found a place to come for help, since I'm a newbie.

I ordered around then too, still waiting. I was also told that my order was "expidited", but yesterday I spoke to customer care, who told me that there was no such thing as "expidited" until the order had passed it's ship date. Then told me that I shouldn't complain about being lied to because I had been given coupons already. Made me mad.....

My ship date is the 22nd, and I'm really excited...

I'm a 27th order too (1:00 a.m. cent.). I also have a Dell BT keyboard waiting, expedited shipping promised, but no real news. Email promised shipping on or before the 19th. I'm hoping it's before but will survive 'til then if it's not!

I ordered my x50v from texas today and it should be here by noon tommoro and i live in canada gotta love over night express cost alot by theres no waiting time

I've seen a lot of posts where people are ordering their x50v's in August and already receiving them. What's up with that? No first come, first served?

Well on the bright side I don't have to complain to Dell that my axim hasn't shipped yet :D I had mine ordered the morning of the 27th as well and my shipping estimate was... Sept 2nd!! But it says it will ship today... UPS thinks its going ground, but I heard other people had that problem too and it arrived next day just like it was supposed to.

Wow. Dell must have been swamped on the 27th. I ordered mine on the night of the 26th and received the axim on Aug 8th, though my stated shipping date was the 18th.

I ordered mine on the 30th, and this morning, bam! It's shipped! It'll be at my place tomorow! The sad thing is, I won't be at my place tomorow, I'm out of town till saturday. Now that's gonna be painful.

At least I can call my roomate and have him start charging the batt so I don't have to wait 8 hours when I get back.

I ordered mine on 8/4...still waiting, expected ship date is Wed, 17th. Mine was a sale package, with the additional big battery, and some other goodies. It has already been pushed back 1 week...so we'll see.

Mine was ordered 8/2 and expected ship date is tomorrow...though when I called the cs they said it was going to be shipped today. I also mentioned the 'expedited' that a cs told me earlier. He said, you're getting it next day, that's expedited. Wasn't exactly explained to me that way since I already had it coming next business day. BTW, is next business day the same as overnight. Or, if it's shipped on Friday do they wait until monday to deliver it.

Huh. Mine shows "Delivery Preparation" and a shipping date of today. I placed the order on MOnday (Aug 8th) - I do live in Canada, though, so inventory levels might be different.
