Pocket Outlook - Email Attachments do not open / cannot be saved

Dear all,

I experience the same problem as some other users in this forum. I cannot open my attachment any more. I used to be able to do so but then I decided not to synchronize my emails any more. So, but for wahtever reason, I activated the synchronization again last week. Although all emails are synchronized as expected, I simply do not manage to open or save the attachments.

And yes, I activated everything:
- in AS synchronize all attachments without size limit
- on the PDA save attachments on BIS
- in the registry changed BIS to CF Card (still 820 MB free)

And there is not the usual symbol, which invited to confirm the download/transfer the attachment from Outlook. It is immediately the "final" icon.

I would very much appreciate, if someone could provide helpful suggestions of how to solve this little problem. Anctually it is annoying for I used to be able to open/save attachments before.

Did you check in properties and set Outlook to download however many levels you need on a message? I think if you don't do this it only loads the top-level message and just shows a reference for an attachment.

Hi there, I had the same problem and tried everything I could think of, soft reset, Tweaks2K changing locations for storage, marking and unmarking the emails etc. etc..

What finally worked was to back up everything and do a HARD RESET... Afterwards, restored from backup, re-sync and BINGO,
all attachments now open and save fine!!!

So, can't open attachments? Do a (ughhh) Hard Reset..

Wish I had a better answer but sometimes brute force seems to be the only answer...
