Make Notes "Private"

I came from a strong Palm Pilot background, and I loved the fact that I could mark some notes as "private" and lock out its content to those without a password. What I'm wondering is if there's a way to make notes private on a Pocket PC.

If this requires another program, I don't mind, as long as the program is cheap (or free )

And I also need help with adding or removing fields that are shown when I click on a contact in my Contacts List
