X50v the only one with dedicated Vid Proc.?

well thanks much! my other option was to buy a 624 MHz Dell Axim X30 (wi-fi/BT) since most ppc apps are optimized for that type of ppc (240 x 320) and the proc would run fast for everything.

I thought i would ask some X50v users if the V is really fast for games but apparently, Not Yet.

The V is really fast for optimized games such as Stuntcar Extreme, Cube, (Search fourms, theres a list of optimized games)
With the GAPI tweak, nearly all other games run perfectly. I have yet to encounter one that failes to start on my X50v. The V is a handheld that has potential to be far better with WM5 and I would recommend it to everyone that is wiling to listen.

From what I've read, the software companies have not yet maximized the x50v's graphics proc yet. I don't game, so it doesn't affect me, but it is still an intersting topic to follow.

For me the biggest benifit of the Graphics proc isn't gaming at all... more the fact that it does VGA-out very well

There's also this X51v and X51 coming out... maybe this X51v with WM5 will take full advantage of the Video Proc. as well as more software companies making utilization of the video proc. Especially if the X50 is already released... having another PPC will spark more interests....
