How to Wipe my Axim?

I'm going to install the A05 update to my axim and I was wondering how I can do a full wipe and format the built in storage as well to make it nice and clean before a reinstall of my apps.

I've purchased a few that I like, and lately my internal memory has been fairly low, and I try and install everything I can into built in storage, so I don't see what I can delete to free up space.

I just want to wipe evreything off and reinstall. I'm thinking of doing my laptop at the same time and make everything clean and fast again. Any recommendations?

Thanks.

I know how to do that part. What I want is it to erase the built in storage as well. I don't think it does this by default the last time I applied A03.
