Reading and Writing to BIS I/O rate

Hi,
Is it possible that copying a file from BIS to SD is takeing less time then copying the same file from SD to BIS ?

Is reading from BIS faster then writing to BIS ?

Checked it on X50V and X50 with the same results.

Lior

Reading from any flash media is usually faster than writing to it. Sort of like how reading from paper is faster than writing to it =)

And in the case of BIS (which is not flash media) the difference between writing and reading rates is much bigger than those in the flash cards.

BIS = ROM, and ROM (technically in this case it's an EEPROM) is most definitely flash media. Not removeable like CF or SD cards are, but it's certainly flash media.

basically bis suXXor ,

that is why everyone should install any applications(if possible) off

any SD (the cheapest, lowest speed secure digital) is still faster then bis.
