Calendar and Task Details and Notes

I have a what I believe to be a strange problem. I recently purchased an AXIM X50v. Now I am used to using a Palm OS PDA as I have used one for about four years. This is my first Pocket PC, but I assume that certain things should be somewhat the same. Here is my issue:

When I sync my calendar and task events, the event title and the item details that are what I would call the configuration details will show up on my AXIM. Things such as calendar date and time, or task start date, category, etc. However, on my PC when I have detail text included in either the calendar appointment or the task, that information does not show up on my AXIM. When I used the Palm, that information would show up in the note section of either the appointment or the task. Further, if on my Pocket PC I click on the note tab of an appointment or a task, I can not enter anything. As I try to type on the keyboard, or use the letter or block recognizer, nothing shows up in the note field. Nor can I draw anything freehand in the note field.

Are the text details from an Outlook appointment and task supposed to appear in the note tab of the item on the Pocket PC? And if not, how do I get this information as I put lots of important details there. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Well I did a search in this forum and found the answer. I turned off the switcher bar, did a soft reset and now life is good!
