Worried Cannot adjust volume - nothing happens when tap speaker icon

Hello!
I have no idea why this is. I've searched the forums here, and can't find an answer.

When I tap the speaker icon next to the clock, I get a shaved off bit of the dialog box, and then nothing. And when I go to Sounds & Notifications, there is no volume setting.

How do I change the volume? According to the manual, something is suposed to happen when I tap the speaker icon.

Thanks!

Try a 3RD party application and see what happen.

Just the soft-reset should fix you up Jess.

A hard-reset is only for when you've run out of options.
