x50v Activesync disconnects current mobile phone calls

I have my devices setup where my x50v will activesync via Bluetooth through my SE P910a via GPRS to my 2003 Exchange Server. Works great except for the fact that if I'm on the phone in a voice call at the time, I will get disconnected.

#1 Can you be in a voice call and access GPRS at the same time?
#2 How can I set this up so that I will not get my calls dropped?

Yes, but that is totally dependant on whether your phone can as not all are capable.

You need to do some research on your phone to see if it's even possible. I have a Nokia 6230 and I can't call and use GPRS/Edge at the same time...it's just a phone limitation.

I have a Motorola V635 and I can't be on a call and have a GPRS/Edge connection at the same time either.

ok...I got bored so I went to SE's site and looked up the technical data on the GPRS modem setup they use. It basically says that the two can't work at the same time...it's either GPRS or voice. I'd leave the link, but it was in a knowledge-base in a pop-up window that had no means for me to get the address.
