Recover Deleted File

Don't ask what I was thinking, but I opened my X50v this morning, had a list of files I thought was my notes, and tapped on one. It said no app associated with it so I deleted it. Later I realized this was the data file and licence info for a weight tracker program I use. I was just wondering what happens when you delete a file. Is it like Windows, is it still there to be recovered, or is it gone?

Thanks

If you have a recent backup then that would be the only way I know of to recover it.

Theres no way to recover the file using the pocket pc that I know of.

Maybe using a card reader and a windows app you may be able to recover the files if they are important.

good luck
