I am from Denmark, and now when i look at the dell from the united states i see that they already got windows mobile 5.0 update, just a little unfair or what?

You mean, unfair that they are testing out the "final" release on us, or unfair that Dell Denmark won't post pre-order for WM2005? Remember that the native language for the operating system is English, and that there are export/import laws that have to be obeyed, so something being furnished in one country may not be available outside that country at first. Japan does this with all their gaming consoles, I know, Sony with their Vaio U70 series, etc. Sure, we complain, but we also realize they have to make it a viable product in their home region before the rest of the world gets to try it out. Don't worry, WM 2005 will be shipped to Denmark, your gold is as good as anybody's.

WM5 is not free for USA and Canada as Dell has to pay loyalty to MS for each copy. Dell has bundled it with a good deal from time to time!

OK, why is that unfair? Aren't there any products produced in Denmark that are available there before they're available anywhere else? BTW, in case you think I'm prejudiced, I'm not in the USA and I'm not a US citizen. Dell is a US company; why wouldn't they release their products there first? And if you think it's something peculiar to the US, try Japan. They produce so many products that never get released beyond their own borders, it's almost unbelievable.
