Loosing all my data all of the sudden?

Hi everyone, this is my first post here, well I got an X50 and I dont know if this is normal but every once in a while, whenever it looses battery its like if I had done a HARD reset... I mean when I turn it back on its all GONE!....

WHy is this happening to me!? :( I turned it on and NOTHING is there now... I mean nothing as far as like schedule stuff and things to do, and I had many... and very important ones...

I dont want this to happen again, but I dont want to be backing up my stuff every 5 minutes... its not convenient... and what if im not near the computer to sYNC it? /// .........

what could it be?

[Don't Panic!]

A hard reset always happens after the batteries drain out completely. That's normal. Charge your device as often as you can whenever you can. It's actually good for the battery.
