Goto settings->connections->WLAN utility->edit wireless profiles...double click your network and see if you are connected to the internet. If you cant get to that spot it may be because I have an x30h

Go through Ikehiker's wifi guide and see if that helps you. Could be that something has changed or you unintentionaly changed something.

Have you recently upgraded iTunes to version 5 on your PC by any chance?

I have the same problem from time to time. For whatever reason the Axim decides to change the EAP type to PEAP instead of Smart Card or Certificate.

Here is where I go to change mine back to fix it, hope it helps.

Go into the WLAN utility and then into the SETTINGS area.
From there click on the wireless network that you are connected to (but unable to surf on). This should bring up the "Configure Wireless Network" section.
Now go to the 802.1x tab and make sure the EAP type is set to Smart Card or Certificate.

Once you change it, you may have to do a soft reset for things to settle in...

This should solve the problem. Go to WLAN Utility then click on Settings. You should then see your network in the upper window of the screen that comes up. Hold down your stylus on the network you want to use and a menu will pop up. Tap "connect" and give it a few seconds. Everything should work fine now. This happened to me about 2 weeks after I got my X50V. It worked fine at first, but after using a free hotspot in town, I came home and it wouldn't work on my own network. It seems you have to do this occasionally when you switch networks for some reason. Hope that helps.

I am curious why you brought this up? Have you had an issue from this?
