what is the full name of Mr. T's character in the once-popular TV show "The A-Team"?
Well, you said I could ask you anything.

Do you get to keep your pre-release press unit, or do you have to send it back?
and how many wild horses would they need to drag it away?

Can you use x51v, now with WM 5, as USB mass storage device?

I have two questions. Does the X51v support USB 2.0? (WM5 does, but did Dell give this option hardware support?)
Is there a way to reliably hard reset (or I guess more accurately to clean up) the X51v as with the good old Windows 2003? By reliably I mean nothing stays on your device, no programs, no files, no traces for file recovery tools? With Windows 2003 you could be 100% sure that after a hard reset the RAM was irrevocably clean.
And a third question: :) What is the point of having so much more ROM when you can simply exchange your CF/SD card for a bigger one in your old X50? (currently at 4GB max., 256MB, alas built-in, seems as though pure marketing hipe) Am I missing something?
Re: USB 2.0 support, I'm away from my ActiveSync machine right now, but I'll check later on.
A hard reset will erase the device's storage memory, just like on 2003SE. Unlike with Built-In Storage on previous Axims, it won't preserve data in flash memory.
The internal flash does have some selling points. It performs faster than memory cards, and can never be lost or left behind--I confess that there are a couple of times I've left my memory cards in the reader, and I'd be extremely put out if that meant I couldn't access my programs and documents. But other than that, no, it isn't a huge benefit for those who prefer large memory cards.

Nope, Voice Command isn't bundled.

More or less. You can no longer sync by WiFi, but you can still sync over Bluetooth. The problem is with ActiveSync 4.0, rather than WM5 proper, so if MS releases a new version with TCP/IP syncing reenabled, then we'll be good to go.
My issue with AS4.0 was the whole Outlook as defaul email thing. I've got it taken care of. Audible works fine. AOL and AIM work fine. Conduit's TimeKeeper doesn't work, but I've talked to their TechSupport and they're working on it.

Not out of the box.
So, there is still no way that you can transfer files without ActiveSync? But I thought WM 5 suppose to have the function of CardExport.
