Soft Reset screws up https sites?!

I am able to access my https site. And sites and even https://www.microsoft.com

Then I can install applications from my https site, these include:
NetCF 1.3
SqlCE 2.0
High Encryption Pack
OpenNetCF 1.2
and my application

Then I still can access the above site from my application and from PIE.

However then I do a soft reset, and boom. I can no longer access my https site, nor can I access https://www.microsoft.com. I get the error 'The Page you are looking for cannot be found.'

The only recourse, is to hard-reset. Then start this problem process all over again.

Yes I've tried to reboot my PC. Stopped and started ActiveSync, and no good came from that either.

Update later that day... even though I've had this problem for some time. I have discoverd the issue. This occurs because I'm installing the 'High Encryption Pack'. See [URL=http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/downloads/highencryption.mspx] I didn't realize it was already included on these 2003 devices.

These has multiple effects. It kills SSL connections, and also stops your use of OpenNETCF.Security functions in .NET CF applications.
