Problems uninstalling Griffen Total Remote

Hello all, brand new x50v user, trying things out...

I installed Total Remote to Built-In, and the error message I get when trying to uninstall is the following:

"The program was not removed because these files are in use or are read-only."

And then it lists this file:

\Windows\Fonts\CCFTotalRemote.ttf

I've done everthing to ensure the file isn't in use.

Have I doomed myself to this program forever?!

Soft reset then use a file management program to delete it. I did it but don't remember the specifics - I think Total Commander or Resco Explorer deleted that file.

i had the same exact problem awhile back....just delete the file from the fonts folder and then uninstall.
