Hello. I recently had to perform a hard reset (which is quite common I must add) on my X50V. After restoring from a backup, I am unable to sync my inbox. I get the status from the AS manager next to my inbox icon "inbox not installed" and there is no check box to select it. On the X50 side, I get a Configuration Failure dialog box which states "Unable to preserve the data on the device It will be replaced during the next sync.". I have deleted the partnership and tried to recreate a new one but get the same results. I have searched the forums at length without any success. Anyone experienced this? Thanks. :rolling:
