PIE Help needed: How to stop msg box "Press OK to Conitnue..."

When I surf to some sites using PIE on my x50v, a message box saying "Press OK to continue .......blah blah blah". See attached png. It is very annoying. I have checked through the security settings on my PIE. Nothing is set. Cookies are allowed. Why the message box keeps popping up?

Appreciate if someone can guide me to get rid of the annoying message box. Thanks.

Not really sure if this is fixed in WM5. I have googled through the net and realized that this "press ok to continue loading" problem is an inherent problem with PIE. It has been discussed here as well as in other forums. No known solution or walk-around. The "PressOK" app suggested by FleshWound looks like the only way around the problem now but it is relatively expensive for what it offers (in my opinion). Well, I will stick to pressing ok a few more times.
