Mad Remove program
How can I remove a program from storage memory that wont come off even though I have tried to remove using Tools/add/remove setting in ActiveSync and directly from device using add/remove setting, short of a hard reset?

What's the program? If it's one of the ones that are built into the ROM like Pocket Word they cannot be removed.
