I just got my x51 after fighting with dell for what seemed an eturnity. Any suggestions on what basic apps i should download and install? Oh and what is a good size CF or SD to get to put movies on?

The basic apps are alread installed. If you are looking for something else, try the search feature. Lots of info on games, and other fun stuff. As for your memory card question. I would shoot for a 1GB if you can swing it. Good Luck~
