Charger connector broke...
I've had my axim for almost two weeks now and when I went to plugin my axim today after work..no go. I took it off and noticed the connector the axim plugs into was wobbily and sliding all around. The axim won't charge at all right now..and I don't have any other cables or anything for charging/hot syncing. Will dell cover this? Also, is there any replacements I should get that won't cost an arm and a leg?

If it's a hardware defect or a quality control issue then Dell should cover it. In the meantime, you can charge it by using the AC adapter that plugs into the cradle with the charging adapter that came with the device. (It's black, flat and round and has a barrel connector on one end and the sync connector on the other.) To sync, you will need to get a USB sync cable.

What the heck is the phone number for their hardware support? The chat applet keeps timing out for me and I can't find the phone number anywhere. They sure don't want you to use their outsourced support do they?

Found it..finally. And, they replaced the charger. 3 - 5 days is the estimate. Hopefully this next one will be a little more durable..
