Have an account have a book on the launch pad waiting to load up to my 51 - have a 1GB card waiting for data - all programs loaded and activated everything synced up and waiting - did a soft reset all is working - audible player is installed on the 51 and works -

BUT - I can't transfer my book from my laptop to my 51 it just WON'T accept the file - anyone have a suggestion - did the CS routine and they were as useless as Dell CS ...

Are you downloading the book in format 2 or 3? For some reason, the Axim doesn't like format 1. Oh - and make sure you have activated your pda thru the desktop Audible software.

Even MS Reader on pocket pc will play all audible books, you won't even need to install audible player for ppc at all. it works great on my x50v - wm 2003 se
