Help: WiFi stop working!

Hello,
in my new X51v with WM5 WiFi worked for some time. Now it does not anymore. When I activate wireless (with side button) the wifi sign (tower) in the upper bar does not appear and if I try the configuration of the dell WLAN utility it says that "controller is not loaded". I've tried several soft-resets but it does not recover ...

Does any one have a hint on how to solve it?

Thanks

Hard resetting is done by holding the reset button and the power button i believe. Follow the onscreen instructions.

This will wipe your programs. It may wipe your storage memory (internal) as well, although i am not sure about that.

Back up your device using the included Backup application first. Hopefully you have a memory card in the device. If not, you will have to re-install the extra programs. How to perform a hard reset is described in the book that came with the device. A hard reset should correct your problem.

Just for your info, hard reset worked. With the backup to SD and later hard reset, now it is fully functional again.
