Fixed My Sync Problem
went to start,control panel,Systems ,Hardwear,device manager,network adapters. and the dell axim was there with a yellow question mark .clicked on it and a popup came up saying the driver for the device was not found. clicked on unstiall driver and put in CD and in a sec was up and running fine.
