Date and Time reseting problems

I ve recently noticed that each time after I take out my battery for a few seconds time and date keeps reseting to July 1.2005 with time 12.00am. I tried hard reset, removing CF card. The problems still exist. As per manual Axim should keep time and date settings for about 5 minutes without battery in. It happens only when I remove battery out of the device. Opening battery latch doesn't cause problems. Weird thing is that after hard reset time changes to 3am. After battery removal it changes to 12am. Anybody has same issue?

Sounds like the capacitor might be bad, you should probably contact Dell support for a replacement.
