Ok so i've been having this problem that when i plugged the travel docking/charging cable into the usb port the screen on the axim would flicker and sometimes it would sync and sometimes it would not. Ok by chance I was messing around with some wifi stuff and figured out that if i dissable the wifi before trying to sync it worked everytime and if i enabled it again i had the same problems. Anyone else run into this. either way i hope it helps someone.

Activesync does not like WiFi on during its process. BT is fine and I leave it on all of the time to stop CF and SD card loss and the Does Not Turn On issue.
