I use LinkeSoft's Secret Program for encryption, and after I added Magic Button, I get a window stating there has been an error when I use Secret, even though it works fine. The error occurs when it closes. My question is related to this error report--is it saved until I sync to send to Microsoft? It implies it has been sent, but I'm not online when it says so. I suspect Secret and Magic Button may have a conflict, but it isn't fatal, and they work fine.

While using Act! it will suddenly freeze up and indicate Fatal Error. It will stay that way sometimes for days. The software is networked between two computers and a server. No single correction seems to work although shutting down everything for a few minutes works the most.
The hardware tech says it is a software problem. The software installer says he has never heard of this problem before. Meanwhile I have been suffering between the two for the past two years.
Any suggestions?
