Question Yahoo e-mail

When I first had my axim x51 I was able to view and send e-mails from a Yahoo account. Now I am only able to view my e-mails, I can't reply or send. Does anyone have any ideas why this happened? Thanks for any assistance!

Are you using the email client on your Axim and accessing Yahoo via POP ?
or are you using the Internet Explorer and accessing mail.yahoo.com ?
Both of them work for me, though I find it pretty simple to use
Internet Explorer to access my yahoo mail. For that I go to:
http://wap.oa.yahoo.com

My Yahoo account was readable but the icon for "compose" was overlapping another button. This disabled both buttons. Any ideas? Thanks

I'm glad I saw this, how did you find this yahoo site? On regular www.yahoo.com w/explorer, I couldn't delete any mail. This site you posted is great. thanks.

yahoo changed something a few months ago that prevents our PIE from clicking those buttons.

Only solutions at this point are to use the WAP link or sign up for pop access.

it does seem yahoo changed their html format recently ;[

1) tv.yahoo.com no longer loads correctly in PIE, the tables are all jumbled up, where-as before this was a wonderful site to quickly see the local listings.

2)the full version of yahoo.com keeps loading in PIE, which as just discussed, isn't fully compatible with PIE. I used to get that message that says "you are using an older browser.... you can CLICK HERE TO LOAD THE OLD VERSION OF YAHOO.COM" ... well, i don't get that message anymore, it automatically loads the full version ;\. not sure why exactly, anyone know?

I came across it when I google'd "PDA friendly websites"
or something. It was by pure chance, but I am glad I found it.

In your email account setup, on the second page of options, check the box that says "Outgoing mail requires authentication"

Let me know if this works. :)
