Anyone find that they're getting errors while synchronizing with Microsft Activesync and Dell X51?

I'm using Activesync 4.1, AO3 for Dell system. It starts to sync fine, then I get a critical error that stops sync. IT says it'll recover on next sync, but previous info may be lost.

It doesn't happen all the time, but I've seen the error about four times in the past couple weeks.
