Hello to all from a new member. I am in need of any advice available regarding an issue with my x51. I have had it 4 weeks, and am very satisfied with it, with the exception of one significant problem. Whenever I attempt to sync (ActiveSync 4.1)with my desktop (Dimension 8300) with Media Player 10 running, I immediately get a Memory dump and Blue Screen on the desktop. I have spoken with Dell Tech Service on numerous occasions, but no answer. A replacement unit was sent out - the same issue occured. I am having no other sync issues, but this situation is unacceptable, as I do want to copy music files to my axim.

Am I (and the Dell Tech guys) missing something? As far as I am aware, I have my Anti-Virus programs properly configured. Please help! If I can't get this worked out, the Axim will have to go.
