I have 1 item in the calendar that will not resolve. The green dial just keeps on spinning until I have to stop it by removing the x50v from the cradle. I've done a soft reset a couple of times; is a hard reset the only answer?

I'm using Office 2003 with Outlook.

Any advice would be apprecitated.

First, try a soft reset.

Second, can you identify the calendar item in question? If so, try to delete it both on you Axim and your PC and then try to sync again.

Third, if that doesn't work, I would uninstall AS on your PC, then reinstall it. Just my 2cents.

Try rebooting your computer and soft reseting your pda. If that does not work then change the settings under activesync to replace all items on your computer or pda, what ever you want. That will force it to sync and not leave it unresolved.
