No wireless tab

When I go to network cards I go to configure network adapters. There is no wireless tab. I wanted to know how to fix this problem.

Is Wi-Fi on?

Check the Wi-Fi sticky in the Wirelss communication forum. Mabey ask there as well.

I had the same problem and came to the conclusion that it disappeared when Odyssey client was enabled. As soon as I disabled Odyssey, the wireless tab reappeared under the Network Cards. Do you have Odyssey running?

Same Here

I have the same problem with my x50v. (w/WM5 upgrade) The only way I get the Wireless tab is if I go to the Dell WLAN Utility and click "Settings". But that only works if there is a network near by that is broadcasting it's SSID. This creates a problem if I want to connect to a network that isn't broadcasting it's SSID...

If you figure it out, please let me know.

Thanks,
Ostler

Be sure to check twice if the Wi-Fi is really turned on. In my Axim x50V (Spanish Language), to turn the Wi-Fi on you must tap Apagar-(Turn off)and to turn it off you must tap Encender-(Turn on). Exactly, the texts are switched, it's a headache for a while until you realize the text on the buttons are incorrect. Huge error should I say!.
