Does anybody have a problem with their microdrive disappearing periodically on their x51?

Occasionally, my axim will not recognize the drive after a couple of standby's. When I try to use a program off of the drive, it's as if the drive isn't even inserted. The only way to get it back is to soft-reset.

Dell support told me to do a hard-reset to solve my problem and that was a waste of time (of course).

I've searched the forums for days and haven't found anything like this.
