I was trying to remove netFront32 and reinstall but when removing, it only un-installed part of the app and fail when trying to reinstall the NetFront32.cab file. Can anyone suggest how to remove the application and reinstall it correctly?

Well the most dramatic way would be to do a hard reset but I assume you are not at that point yet. You could try and fine the applications folder and delete the folder (I assume you have done the uninstall application).

The folder to delete is \program files\NetFront32

If it still shows up on Today list or other menus you'll have to
to a search for Netfront32.lnk But the links shouldn't stop a reinstall.

The netfront software does a lousey job of uninstalling, it leaves all
kinds of cache files, web page downloads, cookies, and setup junk....

If all else fails you may have to do a registry sweep as well, which is
too big a topic for here...

I believe that deleting the above directory will solve you problem though.

Good luck!

Have you tried using file explorer to access program files and deleting manually?

Use either MemMaid or SKTools. Just manually deleting files will miss registry entries, etc.

I wondered if there's a program designed for pocketpc as there are "uninstall programs for desktop pc" ???

on desktop pc ..there are some 3rd party softwares that monitor what went in at the start of installation and perform a "COMPLETE" uninstall when the time that you want to removed... meaning it performs a TRUE uninstall without any garbage leftover.

just an example of what I'm referring to for the desktop:
