Hey has anyone had this problem?

I enter my WEP code the Axim connects to my d-link router just fine i can browse web fine.. The X51V goes to sleep and forgets the WEP code! every time!!!!!!! Please help before I throw this thing through the wall! ;)

I'm having the same problem. Anybody know what us noobs should do to fix it?

I am having a similar problem using WPA-PSK, my AXIM remembers about half of the characters in the key. After correcting the key, everything works just fine. Any Ideas? I have gone through this with Dell's support people, and come to realize that they know far less than I do, which is rather disturbing. Thanks for any help...Jaysun

Me too! And is there a way to save the wep code setting for a given router, not just when the Axim suspends but like the next day or week or whenever you re-enter the range of the same router? Entering a long encryption key every time is just too much of a PITA.

it happens to me too. but only on my university's wifi.

not too much of a trouble but it would be convenient if it did remember

This happened on mine -- and the next time I entered the wep info and immediately did a sync -- all has been well since then.

I do an firmware upgrade on my d-lnik and now its okay, soemthing to do with the DHCP stuff
