Sleep Unable to sync my X51v with Outlook

I purchased my Axium on Dec 26th last year. Received it on Jan 11th of this year, and I have nothing but problems trying to get my e-mail and I can't get on the internet. Problem seems to be that I can't receive my e-mail on Microsoft Outlet even though it is my default mail client. E-mail is still coming in on Outlet
Express on my desktop PC, but nothing on my Axim. I spent 2 1/2 weeks talking to Microsoft, Dell, my ISP,at my PC company (Sony)with absolutely no results!! Can anyone help me??

Outlook Express do not work with ActiveSync and your PPC. You need to install the Outlook version that came with your Axim to be able to Sync your mail.

It sounds as though you have 2 problems. Solve the first one first, then the second. Don't try to solve them both at the same time.

1) Install Outlook 2003 and all service packs. Move your current e-mails from Outlook Express to Outlook. Configure Outlook as your e-mail client. Remove Outlook Express from your PC.

2) Install ActiveSync V4.1, and configure your Axim to allow it to synchronise with Outlook on the desktop PC.
