help axim being laggy

ok i just got my axim like 2 weeks ago and its been starting to be a little laggy.
when i turn it on it starts up slower then it used too. could i have a virus or something? and if so could it be caused by my reckless freewear downloading...
also i should add that sometimes i cannot exit out of my programs menu.
here are a list of the programs ive put on my axim if one looks like trouble tell me
1. Max Tillberg's A Viking Saga
2. AnOrgionalIdea.com Webby
3. Microsoft .net CF 2.0
4. Unknown PocketgnuBoy
5. Ra Software screen control
6. Fann Software IgtEditor
7. TranCreative Magic Button
8. Macromedia Flash Player Activex
9. Max Tillberg's Warring States
10. CrazySofy Personality
11. Valentin Iliescu Chess
12. PPCLINK edictionary reader
13. Sean o'connor's Pocket Conquest
14. Resco picture viewer
15. MTUX SideX (i removed these)
16. mpegTv pocket tv ^
17. paintcreate ^

oh and also how can i scan my axim?

Did you play around with Odyssey Client lately? If so, go back in and disable it completely. I played around with it once and then my x51v took like 3 or more secs before responding to anything. After disabling Odyssey, it responses pretty much the moment I turn it on.
