Aximsitebluetoothicon Com-Ports for BT Sync not available

Hi,

I have the problem, that the BT com-ports of PC and Axim are different. On the PC Ports 3 and 4 are availabele, on the Axim 7 and 8 are available.
The result is, that activesync scans only the ports 3 and 4 during sync.
Could this be the reason why I can't sync via BT?
Axim finds the PC as a new partner as well, but it finds only the serial port service and not the activesync service.
I've really lost my last hairs on this problem

no, active sync needs to find the comport on the pc, not the axim. Mine connects to port 5. And the axim uses port 8.

And annother thing... You have to create a new serial port on the Pc. After Activesync finds that port it will be renamed.

Then do a find devices on both devices, then a find services on both sides.

Then start as on both devices and keep both searching at the same time.
