I have been observing corruption? on my Axim.

My personal info had strange characters filled in for the email address, and similarly later that day, my name was replaced with a ton of various characters.

I had to do a soft-reset and Pocket Player 2 lost its reg. info or seemed to have re-installed itself with a different ID code which required a new reg. key and not the one I had stored on the Axim.

I am wondering if the two are unrelated and maybe the characters are the result of trying to scroll up and down a page while using the Transcriber; unless I use the arrows I end up drawn lines on the screen.

Any ideas?

Sounds like either bad Flash or bad RAM.

I read about the ActiveSync fix....not sure, but seems like I white screen if I don't disable it and then re-cradle the Axim with power off.
