I have just got my X51v and on trying to synchronise with Outlook I get the following error:

Cannot synchronise with the Outlook profile you are using because a different profile was previously set up or is password protected. Please open Outlook using the appropriate profile.

Support Code 8503001f.


I can't find anything on the activsynch help pages - can anyone help me?

I've now found the answer elsewhere on this forum - should have tried that first. Anyway all now seems to be working - I shall visit here again.
