gps trouble. Pharos iGPS-360 CF works fine in X5 with MS S@T 2006 but doesn't reconize in X51v. Anyone has same problem?

Actually i have the IGPS-360 CF hooked up with my X51v and works fine with S&T 06. My problem is that i purchased Iguidance and it will not recognize the IGPS-360 CF. I have changed the settings numerous times and reset it and it still doesn't work. I wish someone would help me out with my problem.
