X51/X51v and activesync

I am facing problems with my activesync 4.0 and axim x51. I tried reinstalling activesync 4.0 also tried 4.1 and 4.2 beta but in all the installation i stuck on the get connected window because it is not detecting my axim,after searching for sometime activesync gets installed so i tried changing the comport but all the com ports shows available,tried assigning all of them but none of them detects activesync.
My axim is detected in the device manager but nothing is happning,If anyone has any sollution or work around please please let me know, i m sick and tired of this activesync and axim.If anyone has any sollution and workaround please email me on nimish.dell@gmail.com

First of all, activesync connect via a network port not a com port. Turnoff all anti-virus software and firewall software for starters. There are many threads on this subject in the forum. Also make sure IP address is auto assigned.
