I owned an x5 for about 4 years and loved it but it got taken out of my car so I had to order a new one. I got the x51 now it looks like I have to go through the learning curve again. It keeps turn it self on and off when connected to to power/sync cord how do I stop this? The lock switch does not stop it.

BTW, the lock switch just disables screen and button inputs.

That took care of it, the x5 had an area were you could do the same thing but it wasn't a heck it was just there for you to turn of the sync. Anyways thanks a lot I'm sure I'll be on here again with more ?
