On Sunday my six months old x51v suddenly stopped working. I was charging it at the time. The charge light began orange and finally turned to green but when I disconnected it from the charger it was dead - no lights, no nothing.

Nor will it fire up while connected to the charger and Activesync cannot find it.

Any ideas whether this is symptomatic of the unit, the battery or the charger?

Check the LOCK button on the side. Sounds like you may have accidently locked you Axim when you took it off the cradle.

Check the battery Latch. Make sure it is closing.
