I copied some mp3 and wma songs to my x51v, then play the song in window media palyer in
my handheld, my volume is about 90% loud, but I could not hear any sound of the song, the song
is playing without any error, just no sound! I am sure my earphone functional, does any of you
know what's going on?

Do you mean that the sound isn't coming from the speaker?

First make sure that the master volume (the one at the top of the screen) isn't all the way down.

Second, the headphone jack has a small switch inside that switches the speaker off when headphones are plugged in. Try putting the headphones in and taking them out to try and reset the switch.

the volume can be up but still muted.. make sure it's set to ON
also, like jslanger said, make sure your earphones are all the way in. I had the same problem when I first got mine.. I didn't push it in all the way.
