Soft Reset and HARD RESET doesn't work on my X51v any more

Soft Reset and HARD RESET doesn't work on my X51v any more it only Stays Dell in a blue ring and when i hard reset it stays push contacts to hard reset after i push contacts it goes back to the picture of dell in a blue ring!!!
What can i do???

send it back. i think thats a ROM problem

Make sure the lock button on the left side isn't on.

I agree, that lock button is great but it has caused me to have to stop and think a bit when an issue poped up on my unit like the one you described.

How do i find out that my X51v has a ROM problem?

If it doesn't start after thsi just call Dell. I hope it is still under warranty

I've got exact the same problem. I tried to flash the Rom with new Software but the device hangs on Dell Logo too.
I had to send my Axim back to Dell and they send me a refurbished device that works great. I think that's a Hardware failture.
