I am not sure if this is a problem or normal behaivor but whenever my X51 is on it's base the screen stays on. If I turn it off it will come back on after a few minutes. Is this normal? The only reason I am wondering is because of screen burn-in which is common with many other types of screens. Is there a way to make the screen turn off and stay off when I am charging it? Thanks.

This is common, but in modern lcd devices, screen burnin cant happen. This only happened on old crt tube computer monitors.

You have to kill activesync to get it to stay off and charge.
